If you are the owner of a business that uses music—companies, establishments, venues, etc.—and you want to comply with current legislation, AIE, as the Management Society for the rights of performing and executant artists, allows you to establish the appropriate legal framework regarding these rights.

The conditions of the agreement you establish with AIE will depend on the type of business, the size of the establishments, and the nature and extent to which music is used or disseminated in your business.

Below, you can consult or download (PDF) the following rate catalogs, which remain in effect as provided in the second additional provision of Order CUD/330/2023, dated March 28, published in the BOE on April 5, 2023, which approves the methodology for determining the general rates of management entities for intellectual property rights for the use of their repertoire and the content of the economic report that must accompany the general rates.
