AIE CALL FOR FUNDING OF EXTERNAL MUSICAL PROJECTS
AIE processes requests for collaboration on external music projects through monthly application calls, except in August. Interested entities and applicants must submit project documentation at least three months prior to the requested collaboration date to allow for adequate review.
Submitted projects should be aimed at activities that promote and disseminate music in various forms, with a primary focus on benefiting as many members as possible.
To file an application, individual applicants or entities must send by post or submit in person the following documents:
- Application form
- Detailed and comprehensive report or dossier of the project, including a detailed budget of incomes and expenses, venue and date of the project, information about the content of the activity and its participants. In addition to these documents, members who apply for the funding of promotional tours abroad will need to submit the original documents providing evidence of the confirmed venues and dates and of the financial conditions of at least three live performances, as well as the detailed information of all members participating in the project. In addition, the APPLICANT ENTITY on the form must correspond to the fiscal name that appears on the certificates of being up to date with the AEAT and the Seguridad Social in order to receive the financial aid.
The commission will meet periodically to evaluate the applications received.
