AIE becomes the official sponsor of this important event, which will take place in Miami on November 14.

Madrid, September 19, 2024.- The Society of Artists AIE and The Latin Recording Academy® have signed a collaboration agreement through which AIE becomes the official sponsor of the 25th Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards®, in the year that celebrates the 25th anniversary of this important event in Latin music.

This agreement is the result of the shared commitment between both organizations to promote, celebrate, and elevate music in Spanish both within and beyond our borders, connecting people and cultures through the common bond of music sung in Spanish.

AIE collaborated with the Latin GRAMMY® in 2023, the year when this event was held outside the United States for the first time, with Spain being the chosen country. On that occasion, AIE co-sponsored the Latin GRAMMY® Premiere, where more than 40 Latin GRAMMY Awards® were awarded across a wide variety of genres. This was a major Latin music celebration with great success and international impact.

The mission of The Latin Recording Academy® is to promote Latin music and build bridges between countries, musical genres, and cultures, thus creating opportunities for exposure beyond their city and country of origin.

For its part, AIE maintains a strong commitment to Latin American countries, promoting awareness of the importance of respecting and defending the intellectual property rights of performers.

In line with the massive growth of Latin music worldwide, the Latin GRAMMY Awards® have grown since their inception in 2000, now recognizing creators across fifty-eight categories that honor excellence in Latin music.

The Latin GRAMMY Awards® are The Biggest Night in Latin Music®. A global event that culminates a week of activities with artists, key industry figures, press, and celebrities.
