This year’s edition will focus on the development of music in the digital environment, approached from a practical application perspective—a highly relevant topic for artists and industry professionals alike.
The Society of Artists AIE awarded for the first time the AIE Music Excellence Prize at LIPA, The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts, founded by Sir Paul McCartney and Mark Featherstone-Witty in Liverpool, Paul McCartney’s hometown. This prize is given to a graduating student who stands out for their exceptional talent and commitment to music. This significant recognition was presented by Luis Cobos, president of AIE, during the 2024 LIPA Graduation Ceremony.
The residency will conclude with five concerts — one in Liverpool and four in various Spanish cities.
Organized by PAM (Associated Music Journalists) and sponsored by AIE, this event is set to become a key space for dialogue and collective development.
